==*For Toggles ==: Depending on what the type of output the client wants, some expression toggles are better or are required to be animated and will be charged as an Animated Toggle instead
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. I have the right to reject your commission.2. Details of the commission will always be agreed upon first before payments are made.3. Payments will only be accepted through Paypal unless another method has been agreed upon beforehand. Transactions will always be done in USD currency, unless living in the Philippines, then PHP will be currency used.4. Work will only be started once the downpayment has been made. Strictly no refunds on Downpayment regardless of how far the rigging process has progressed.5. Final payment will only be done once the client is happy with the model. Refunds of Final payment will not be entertained especially once the file has been sent.6. MINOR Adjustments to the model can be made within two (2) weeks of receiving the model file for free. Beyond two (2) weeks, an adjustment fee will be charged.7. The model will be completed within the specified amount of time. If I cannot meet the agreed upon deadline, I will always notify you, the client. Work may range from 6-16 weeks depending on the model8. Updates on the progress will always be through the form of a video.9. You can stream/make monetized content using the model to your preferred media platform as long as I am properly credited.10. I have the right to make a rigging showcase of the model once everything is done. I will however only post the showcase on my portfolios once the client has publicly revealed the model.11. The client cannot claim that the model was rigged by them or someone else.13. I will not accept rigging CMO3 files that were originally done by another rigger. I will only accept the commission if the previous rigger has allowed it.14. ***Everything discussed will be treated as strictly confidential. ***
